What Happens Next?

The development of this site will provide a range of new, high-quality and energy efficient homes in a sustainable location.

This consultation period runs until 14th March 2025, after which we will take account of all comments received.

 

We currently anticipate that the planning application will be submitted to the Council in late Spring 2025. Details of the planning application, including a Statement of Community Involvement which assesses the feedback from this consultation event will be made available on the Council’s Public Access website once the planning application has been submitted and validated.
