What is Proposed?

The planning application will be in outline only - this means that only the principle of development, the access and some initial design parameters will be considered by the Council in determining the planning application.


Further details on the layout and appearance of the development will follow at a later date, should outline planning permission be granted by the Council.

Affordable Housing

40% of the housing will be Affordable Homes. Homes with between one and four bedrooms will be provided across the site. 


Affordable Homes will be made  available to buy or rent for local
people with the exact mix to be discussed with the Council to
ensure it meets the needs of the local community.
